Are you interested buying and selling residential properties in Longmont? Research has shown that blue collar neighborhoods and single family detached dwellings can be quite profitable and Windward Construction has already done many estimates in the area. We base our numbers on what we view as the most affordable quality ‘bang for your buck’ materials, and the most reliable, high quality and insured subcontractors. Windward Construction is happy to share its remodeling philosophies with you and willing to work with whatever look or design you are interested in achieving.
What we look for in a property: Our thorough inspection process looks at the entire house from the perspective on what it would take to get the house up to par with the neighborhood and return it to market value, nothing more. Experience has shown that many times the best return you may get for your repair investment is to focus on the kitchen and bathroom(s), so our estimates have that in mind.
Below is an actual estimate for work proposed on a bank owned property. This is not necessarily a typical estimate as all properties are different and this particular property has extensive remodeling needs. For information on any property in the Longmont area, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
